The short answer
For ARAM, start with the champions actually available, your team’s coverage and a mode-specific build. For Mayhem, also inspect the augments offered and whether each recommendation is measured, provider-sourced or estimated. Warden 0.61.2 adds available bench comparisons, Mayhem starting-champion choices and clearer tier evidence labels. It does not turn a small sample into a guaranteed result.
Before loading: choose for the team you have
Open Warden alongside League during champion select. Inspect available bench champions and your team’s damage and role coverage. A champion you can pilot comfortably may be more useful than a slightly higher aggregate tier.
Warden’s bench picker can compare available options and request a swap when you click a valid offered champion. Confirm the result in League. It does not create access to a champion the client is not offering.
Inspect the ARAM page before importing
- Confirm ARAM or Mayhem rather than a Rift role.
- Review the proposed runes, spells and items against the opponents and your intended role in the team.
- Inspect the recommendation’s patch and evidence labels.
- Import the chosen page and verify it in League before loading.
Use the import checklist if the page does not appear.
In Mayhem, compare the offered choices
An augment must fit your champion, build and the stage of the game. Warden provides mode-specific augment guidance. Read a grade alongside its provenance: a provider recommendation and an independent champion-fit estimate are not the same kind of evidence.
If fresh measured outcomes are unavailable, Warden keeps that limitation visible. This page does not publish a frozen champion or augment ranking as if it were a current live tier list.
After the game: keep the modes separate
Review your own ARAM games against similar games, rather than a Rift lane benchmark. Ask whether a different available pick, item decision or augment choice would have addressed the problem you saw. Keep missing data distinct from evidence that a choice was bad.
Use the post-game review workflow to choose one concrete adjustment.
Common questions
Is this a live ARAM tier list?
No. This is a workflow guide. Warden displays available rankings and evidence labels in the app; this page does not invent a current-patch ranking.
Are Mayhem augment grades measured win rates?
Not necessarily. A recommendation can come from provider grades or a labeled fit estimate. Inspect the source and freshness labels rather than interpreting every grade as a measured win rate.
Can Warden choose a champion that is not on the bench?
The bench-swap workflow is limited to champions the League client currently offers. Confirm the selection in League.
