Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid software products developed by Khaos Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), including Delve. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so we keep this simple.
1. Try before you buy
Our paid apps include a free trial so you can evaluate the full product before paying. Delve, for example, runs as a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no payment required to start. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the app is right for you and your Mac before you purchase a license.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you buy a license and it is not for you, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason. Once a refund is approved, your license to use the paid software ends.
This guarantee applies to one-time license purchases bought directly through our website. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with the email address used at purchase and your order or receipt number (this is on the receipt sent to you at checkout):

We aim to respond to refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
4. Payments and reseller of record
Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller, which is the Merchant of Record for purchases of our paid products. Our reseller handles billing, tax, receipts, and refund processing on our behalf, and your purchase is therefore also subject to their buyer terms. When we approve a refund, our reseller processes the return to your payment method.
5. Purchases through app stores or other platforms
If you purchased one of our products through a third-party platform instead of our website (for example, the Apple App Store, Steam, or Google Play), that platform processes the payment and its own refund policy applies. Please request those refunds directly through the platform you bought from, as we are unable to process them on their behalf.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being revoked.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
