These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at khaosstudios.com and all software products developed by Khaos Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), including Synthscape, Finite, StillHere, and any future products (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Eligibility

If you purchase a product or subscription, the license terms specific to that product will apply in addition to these Terms. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased (Steam, Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).

3.3 Beta and Early Access

Some of our products may be offered in beta or early access. These are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, and other materials associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Khaos Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

If our Services allow you to create, upload, or share content (such as visualizations, configurations, or messages):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to display and process your content solely as needed to provide the Services
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Finite may display information related to time, health, and life expectancy. This information is for illustrative and motivational purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaos Studios and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khaos Studios and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use our software ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
